起司發霉該不該丟?

預防起司發霉: To prevent mold growth on cheese, follow these tips: 1/用保鮮膜包好起司 Keep cheese and cheese dishes covered with plastic wrap. 2/起司要放冰箱,不要讓它待在室溫下超過二小時 Always refrigerate cheese. Don't allow cheese to sit at room temperature for longer than two hours. 3/不要吃生乳製程的起司。可能含有致病的細菌,不適合拿來吃或是做菜。 Also, don't eat cheese made from unpasteurized (raw) milk. Raw milk and cheeses may contain harmful bacteria and aren't safe to eat, drink or use in cooking.
